At the top of the Ctra. In La Comella there was an old building intended as a House of Colonies for the children of the Parish. Given its outdated situation, the Commune decides to build a new one in place of the old one.

He held a contest of ideas, of which we were the winners. The end result is a new house in Colònies, bigger, more functional, and designed with energy efficiency criteria far superior to the standard constructions in Andorra.
