Description
The project consists of the comprehensive reform of the existing Hotel Cerqueda, to turn it into a Socio-Health Center for the elderly.
The existing building has approximately 3000m2. To reach the final 7000m2, the building is expanded in three areas; To the west, to the east, and to the north facade.
The Building consists of 5 floors, all with similar characteristics, where the rooms, control areas and a dining room are located. A ground floor, where the access, the restaurant, the multipurpose room, the administrative areas are located. And finally a partial basement, where the technical rooms and the industrial kitchen are located.
The building has 112 rooms, with a capacity for 150 beds. A dining room on each floor. Multipurpose room and restaurant on the ground floor, as well as all the rooms and services necessary for a center of this nature.
