Project located next to the New toy library in Massana, on a small lot with 3 facades of approximately 150m2. 

Building that seeks maximum integration with the immediate surroundings of the old town of La Massana, as well as its church. It combines traditional elements such as stone, with more modern ones such as corten veneer already existing in the environment in buildings such as the toy library.

The project wins the ideas competition, and the executive project is drawn up. Due to the economic situation, the Commune stops the project, before putting it out to tender.
