The project consists of a first phase in the design and management of the concrete structure of the Single Family Villa.

Subsequently, all the corresponding administrative processing has been carried out, for putting the house into operation.

Given the geometry of the protruding bodies of the chalet, the concrete structure made is complex and presents solutions of a not at all obvious structural design.

The need to raise an additional floor, once the structure of the basement floor was completed, generated the need to coat some of the pillars of the basement floor with carbon fibers.
